Group sessions

 

Within my group sessions and workshops we as a group can explore and learn about the medicinal properties of everyday plants readily available to us in our gardens, countryside and woodlands. You will learn how to identify useful plants and learn how to grow them. We will explore our individual spiritual connections through meditation and mindfulness, learn different self help techniques which we can apply to our animals and our families through the means of healing, energy work and making simple home remedies for everyday ailments and as preventative remedies.

I will be sharing some of my tried and tested recipes for you to learn how to make and take home to enjoy. Each season brings exciting new plants to use so there's never a short supply of wonderful things to make and we'll be learning how to preserve plants for when the season's come to an end.  

Meditation and relaxation techniques are a key part to the work I do which will be incorporated into the workshops to connect deeper with ourselves and the environment surrounding us.

 

These sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home for small personal groups, on the yard or smallholding where you keep your horses and livestock or in a woodland environment
